July Outreach
For the month of July we will be collecting items for Unconditional.
They have reached out for some specific needs this month.
First of all, their numbers have increased for food assistance. They find their food pantry often empty! Any food or personal hygiene items are appreciated.
Secondly, their July care packages include:
First-aid kits
Baby wipes
Deodorant
Hair ties
Bobby pins
Individual snacks
Encouragement and inspiration cards
Hand fans
Drink mix packets
Place any items in the totes by the entry doors to church. Monetary donations can also be made.
Book Club
The People’s Book Club (as in ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN) will be meeting next on 9/15/26, 6:30 PM, at church.
We will be discussing “Theo of Golden” recommended by our own Cory Glover. We wanted everyone to have ample time to get the book and read it.
SNACKS WILL BE SERVED!

Mallow Run Fun!
As a sponsor of Wine at the Line, we have received free admission tickets to some of the ticketed outdoor concerts on the lawn at Mallow Run.
Saturday July 11 "Bon Journeyed" 7pm - 3 tickets available.
These tickets are in an envelope marked "Tickets" in the church office. First come, first serve.

Summer Special Music for Traditional Worship
Hey folks! Tara here - as we take our yearly summer break from choir and handbells, we’re looking for individuals or small groups who would like to offer special music during traditional service. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or have an ensemble ready to share, we would love to include your gifts in worship.

2026 Giving
For those giving in person, there are offering boxes in both worship locations to securely place your tithes and offerings. For those that use offering envelopes, they can be picked up at the Welcome Stations on Sunday mornings.
For those giving digitally, you can give online anytime at www.gototapestry.com/give. Here you can make a one time donation, or set-up/modify weekly or monthly giving. If you need assistance setting up your 2026 pledge, please email Rhonda.

Starting this month, we are pleased to announce that Leorah will be joining our church staff as a Social Media Manager. She will be giving us a few hours each month to create content on our church’s (previously inactive) Instagram account in hopes of sharing Tapestry’s inclusive message with new people online.

That was the moment where I knew I found my new church, and that's my favorite thing about this place! I am also a student at the University of Indianapolis studying Psychology and Sociology.
