Looking for a way to start meeting your 2020 fitness goals? Looking for ways to plug in at Tapestry and invite others to fellowship with us?
Whether you are someone who would like to get started on a fitness routine, or who needs a little motivation to get started, or whether you are a lifetime fitness fanatic who already has a routine, Tapestry is launching the first phase of its Health and Wellness Initiative and we would love to have you join us, and in invite your friends and family.
What: Tapestry will host four one-hour fitness sessions led by Nick Nix, a personal trainer who lives in Greenwood. Nick is high energy and highly skilled and works with all age groups.
Who: All Tapestry members (10 years old and older) and their guests (feel free to invite friends and family and others)
When: March 1, March 8, March 22 and March 29 from 12:30 -1:30 pm. You need only bring yourself and your guests, if any. You are welcome to attend worship dressed to workout or plan to change clothes in the window between the end of service and the start of the fitness session at 12:30 pm.
Where: Sugar Grove Elementary School Gymnasium
Why: To provide a health and wellness program for Tapestry members and the community. To provide an additional platform for outreach to others who are not yet a part of Tapestry Church.
