Philippians 2:1-11
2 If, then, there is any comfort in Christ, any consolation from love, any partnership in the Spirit, any tender affection and sympathy, 2 make my joy complete: be of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. 3 Do nothing from selfish ambition or empty conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not to your own interests but to the interests of others. 5 Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus, 6 who, though he existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, assuming human likeness. And being found in appearance as a human, 8 he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death—even death on a cross. 9 Therefore God exalted him even more highly and gave him the name that is above every other name, 10 so that at the name given to Jesus every knee should bend, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Summer 2026 – Soapbox Sermons
For our summer series this year, we will once again be hearing from a multitude of voices – this time from within our congregation!
Soapboxes were raised platforms, usually wooden crates used for shipments of soap, where orators would offer impromptu speeches. Today, the phrase is synonymous with public speaking about an important subject , often with the intention of “selling” an idea.
Do you have a story that needs to be told or a burning desire to share something meaningful to you?
If so, we invite you to consider offering a soapbox sermon this summer. Pastors Cory and Ryan will be on hand to assist you in your sermon crafting, if desired.

Summer Special Music for Traditional Worship
Hey folks! Tara here - as we take our yearly summer break from choir and handbells, we’re looking for individuals or small groups who would like to offer special music during traditional service. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or have an ensemble ready to share, we would love to include your gifts in worship.

June Outreach
During the month of June we will be collecting monetary donations for SAWS (Servants at Work). SAWs builds strong wooden wheelchair ramps for low-income, permanently disabled individuals. Accessibility is something many of us take for granite. But for others, lack of accessibility keeps people inside their homes or they struggle to manage steps. Let's help this organization build freedom one ramp at a time! Thank you for your donations.
